Hickory has a real farmers market, I live in Conover and if they think this a farmers market in Conover they need to come to Hickory. Conover has a flea market and they say local ,125 mile radius 4 states ,The one in Conover is a joke and if the tax payers knew they were paying 15,000 a year for a flea market they wouls SH-- in there pants

We have only lived here for one month and thought the Conover market was the only one in the area. We were shocked when we arrived on a Saturday morning and saw the selection. I was led to the Hickory Farmers Market though the city website and we definitely plan to try it out on August 8. Because this area is closer to rural farms than our old city was, we expected the produce markets to be better. We look forward to seeing HFM next Saturday.
