After sampling Cedar Valley's beef, we signed up for a 3 month CSA. It seems like the logical, green, and just plain right way to get the best local beef, pork, poultry and eggs.

Oh, those eggs! Wow! Took me back fifty years to my girlhood when eggs had real taste and rich yellow yolks.
