Round Right Farm

We moved to this area partially because of its reputation of great local food, and Round Right fits the bill. The garlic was pungent and sweet, exactly as it should be (I can barely smell the store-bought variety). Bountiful and clean kale, salad greens, cherry tomatoes. I use Round Right leeks in an addictive Leek Sauce over fettuccine (thank Marcella Hazan for the recipe): maybe it's good they only harvest a few crops, because I would be the world's first man to get fat on leeks (and some other stuff).
