Cedar Valley Sustainable Farm

The meats from Cedar Valley are delicious. In fact, the other day I picked up some conventionally, mass-produced chicken and served it to my family. The reactions... "Why is this so spongy? Is this pork?" and no one finished theirs. We've gotten spoiled by the taste of meats as nature intended for them to taste. The eggs are fantastic too. The bright yellow/orange yolks make the pancakes I've made with some of them look like something Martha Stewart would make to celebrate the fall harvest. We've just signed up for another share, and will continue to do so.
