Duke's Alehouse and Kitchen

I ate lunch at Duke's yesterday. The depth of flavors and care in choosing ingredients that Chef Zak invests in each dish was truly inspirational. The menu is so good I wanted to try everything. He extends himself by buying locally and organically as often as possible and the difference in flavors and textures reflects his commitment. Please, do yourself a favor and visit this restaurant. You will want to go back for more...I know I do.
