Four Winds Farm

I have been buying heirloom tomatoes from 4 Winds for a couple of years, in every color of the rainbow except blue. They are fabulous.

This year I learned that they sell organic chickens, and had a couple. Likewise great.

And finally, yesterday I served one of Jay's organic turkeys for Thanksgiving. Best. Turkey. Ever. Tastey, not fatty, moist, cooked like a dream. I'm so lucky that this farm is only 5 miles from my house.
