The couple of times I've gone to a LedgeEnds sale, the staff has been quite rude.

For example, on one occasion I was queued up for about ten minutes with seedlings in hand waiting to pay for them, and the young woman selling was chatting away with her friends in front of me. When after awhile I politely asked if I could pay for the seedlings I got told "Wait your turn."
