We are regular customers for syrup. It is simply some of the best we have had. Last year I purchased a case and gave out as Christmas presents. Looking forward to starting a project to take advantage of the local lumber. Friends have purchased lumber and have been very happy indeed. Imagine, building something with lumber grown, harvested and milled in Hopewell! Now that's sustainable!
