Sugar Hill Farm

I recently did business with Sugar Hill Farms and ended up buying some of their minute steaks and ground beef. The experience was delightful and the owners were very helpful in guiding me through what types of meat to get. They even gave me a great recipe idea from their latest newsletter. I diced up the minute steaks, sprinkled with salt and pepper then pan-fried it with oil and onions. It only took a few minutes to cook up and I then topped it off with some nice american cheese on a fresh hoagie roll to make one of the best cheese steaks I've ever had. I am a native philadelphian too, so I have high cheese steak standards :)
