There was about twice as much as I needed for my recipe, so I steamed the rest in small diced pieces for baby food. My 8 month old LOVED it!
The Everett Family Farm is a true Santa Cruz gem! I was born and raised here and I have purchased wonderful persimmons, eggs, squash, pumpkins, etc. from the adorable farm stand barn for years and years. Visiting the farm is one of my favorite nostalgic things to do.
