The first time I set foot on The Katzenbach farm I knew I was in a special place. The land continues to grow towards a sustainable marvel. There are many beautiful buildings built by Chuck from wood from his own land, cut with his own sawmill. Some of these buildings produce electricity and heat water by the power of The Sun. There are goats about and bees abuzz. There are Maple trees and Maple Syrup. Que Delicioso! Inside the barn you will find an art studio full of some inspiring work. So if you are looking for anything from goats meat to honey to maple syrup to locally harvested lumber to art, Sourland Farm is the place.
