Dennison's Family Farm

Fresh strawberries from Dennison's Farm have always been an eagerly anticipated Spring event. So it was very easy to make the leap from Dennison's Farm strawberry consumer to Dennison's Farm CSA member for my family. We figured we spent at least the subscription price, and probably more, on fruits and vegetables at the grocery store during the ten-week CSA season. However, we had no idea of the quality of the produce that we would receive in our boxes from Dennison's. The fruits and vegetables were always at their peak of freshness and when I picked up my box I always felt as though I was getting a surprise package! Most of the vegetables I recognized . . . .some I didn't. But my family has learned to eat new vegetables and I've become one of the "chard heads" . . .my new favorite veggie! Thanks to the Dennison family for allowing my family to enjoy the "fruits of their labors."
