Ledlow Farms

Very hospitable and warm atmosphere with these folks. I almost felt guilty leaving, like we should have stayed around for a little while. The milk is amazingly creamy and smacks of love and care. The buttermilk actually had a thick layer of buttermilk floating on the top, and the eggs look like sunshine. The bacon was fresh, and not cured, so no carcinogens. I just had a meal of these things, and fell asleep from ecstasy. Tonight I'll cook the pork chops, but if they are like everything else, they will be lovely. If only we had more people like this to make our world a community! Support your local farmers and EAT LOCAL!
