I have been to the farm several times and taken two different tours, and I am always impressed with the clean facilities at Working Cows Dairy. Their raw milk is so delicious! You can taste the difference between organic and grass-fed as opposed to the other stuff. Blech. I have also tried their new low-heat pasteurized milk, and I thought it was the best pasteurized milk I have had; but I still prefer the unpasteurized kind. Delicious! And I know grass-fed is so much better for you! I am very pleased with Working Cows Dairy, and I and my new group of converts are loyal to their product!
