Seven weeks after I challenged the description on Local Harvest, it remains posted as chemical free and sustainable. This is not true! I interviewed the growers and, while there is some chemical free produce at the market, it is certainly not universal. Ask before you buy!

The negative reviewer has now joined The Green Market sellers with her home-made cookies, preserves, and soaps. Her ideas and suggestions are welcome as we continually improve this first-year market with producers who grow without chemicals or strive to use a minimum of chemicals
