Deep Roots Meat, LLC

Yesterday (8/7/10) I had my first taste of Deep Roots Meats liver. Wow! Better than what I ate as a kid. The meat was firm, unlike the store-bought stuff that mushes up when you handle it.

And for the first time I did not have to salt the meat! I am astounded!

This morning I fried small hamburger patties to go with my local grown eggs. This meat makes my taste buds dance a jig in excitement!

I'm thrilled to finally have access to pasture raised meat, done right. No more antibiotic and hormone laden meat for my family and me. Thanks so much, Harold and Troy Platt and family. I very much appreciate your dedication.
