Balanced Harvest Farm

I am new to the CSA program this year and my expectations were exceeded. The weekly produce box was not only delicious, but also beautiful and painstakingly packed. Bunches of herbs tied with twine, lovely bags of greens, small boxes of tomatoes. I've been a vegetarian for 18 years and I've never eaten as well as I did this past summer. I love to cook and it was fun to have someone pick the items that would form my menu. I shall count the days until Spring when the fresh, local, beautiful produce will once again grace our table.
