This market has improved a lot since its beginning. I look forward to going each time to see what is there. I now buy almost all of my meat from Four String and Edelen Farms as I truly believe in sustainable farming and buying locally whenever possible. I look forward to more fresh produce as the seasons allow. The best way for this market to continue to improve and grow is for all of us to support it with regularity.
