Chicken Armor

The eggs from Happy Eggs farm are delicious and the yolks stand up tall and firm. Probably some of the best soft-boiled eggs I have ever eaten. Since they are a small hobby farm, you have to call ahead and check to see if they have a supply on hand, but well worth the trip up 285 to get them.
