I attended the cheese making class last year and just found that I could now provide feedback on my experience. The class was just what I needed to pick up the techniques used in making goat's milk cheese that a book cannot convey. I was hoping to have goats by now and when I do I will look at FPF first. The farm is clean, the animals friendly, and Megan loves to talk about her goats and cheeses. She keeps the class size intimate and is very knowledgeable, happily answering all of our questions. I hope to get my goats soon and get over there for the course on managing the herd !!!
