Gib's Farm

Been there twice, and both times I was amazed at the care they take in raising their crops and caring for the land. Greens were outstanding. Root vegetables very distinctive and flavorful. Seems to like to find special varieties of standard produce, so its a little more adventurous than just buying produce.

I don't make beer, but if I did, I'd ask them about the hops.
