I ordered them for my parents who live in Michigan on Dec. 11. They got them the 24th. The outsides looked wonderful, the inside was mush!!! I'm still waiting to get my money back. How disappointing, for my parents and for me. I doubt I will order again from Local Harvest. I should have just gone to the store and bought them a 3# box of Clementines.

We at The Orange Shop are very sorry to hear that the oranges were in less than perfect condition when they arrived at your parents house. We can assure you that they were good when we shipped them! The symptoms you describe -- looking good on the outside but "mush" on the inside -- sounds an awful lot like they were frozen in transit. That plus the extended delivery period you reported raises the possibility that there was an issue with the package after it left our packinghouse. Our delivery success rate is usually around 99%, but when it gets really cold up country there can be some trouble.
