This is a relatively small farmers' market (20 or so vendors), but with a wonderful selection of very local products. There are organic/sustainable fruit, veggie & flower vendors. There are local honeys, olive oils and a big selection of different date varieties. There are also harder to find items like pastured meats, raw gouda cheeses, fresh and artisinal breads--all baked with natural yeasts (levain/sourdough). Like the La Quinta market, there was a chef offering samples of delicious market vegetables he cooked.
If you are following a traditional foods diet (Weston A Price or Makers diet, etc.) you will be well served here.
I am only here as a visitor, but will definitely be back at this market next time I'm in town.
