Last year, they also had absolutely the best rhubarb around. Mom also thinks they have the best eggs, though I think they're neck and neck with another one of the Hillsdale Market farms that I have reviewed. It is VERY significant to us that we know the rearing, feeding and even slaughtering processes are organic, clean and humane. Hurray for Bluebird Meadows!
