And produce, too, and sometimes bread! My mother and I have been savoring their lamb weekly during the farmers' market season for two years. Last year, they also had absolutely the best rhubarb around. Mom also thinks they have the best eggs, though I think they're neck and neck with another one of the Hillsdale Market farms that I have reviewed. It is VERY significant to us that we know the rearing, feeding and even slaughtering processes are organic, clean and humane. Hurray for Bluebird Meadows!
