Honey Creek Creamery

I have had the chevre from Honey Creek Farms on several occasions. It is light, fluffy, delicate and full of rich, creamy flavor. Although I prefer the plain, they have products with fresh herbs. I have enjoyed the garlic, dill and basil seasoned cheese as well. When I visited their dairy it was completely charming, clean and well organized.
