When I got the email from localharvest.org promoting the free delivery, I was tempted. When I read some of the previous reviews, I was tentative. It was the commitment of the owners to make things right when they went wrong that made the decision for me. Accountability is so rare these days. So, I used common sense, and took advantage of a friend's doorman building for delivery in the dead of winter. Wow! Wow! Wow! I'm hooked.
