Bernalillo Farmers' Market

Growers from several small villages and Indian pueblos join with Bernalillo growers to sell local produce that is pesticide free and organically grown. We get corn from Indians who use seed that has been handed down for generations with no worries about it being GMO! We get local chile and pinto beans as well as the usual supply of in-season vegetables. Some growers bring homemade tamales and burritos and hot fruit pies still hot from the oven--yummy!
