Thank you for producing an excellent whole food. I get ill and gain weight on commercial, heat-treated store milk...your raw milk and cheese is a true heavenly product. Been drinking raw milk for about a year now and haven't gained an ounce. In fact, I lost 20 lbs and my weight has been stable ever since. On top of it, all my arthritis pain is gone.
