I started picking up my produce last week from Dilish Farm. I was very impressed with the lettuce leaves. I didn't see any signs of bugs eating the leaves and the heads were very full. Dillon and Patricia were friendly and informative on how to prepare the mustard greens. Today I returned after setting up a time to drop by and picked up more arugula and two kinds of radishes. Wow! I love the variety of flavors in the purple plum radishes. I made a special salad using three types of lettuce and the radishes from Dilish Farm. I made a garlicy honey mustard viniagrette to complement it and my husband commented that the salad was definitely a cut above. Thank you, Dillon and Patricia, for being flexible with pick-up times and for offering your produce for such a reasonable price. I will for sure be back every week.
