I was very fortunate to discover Stone Coop at the Brighton farmers market several weeks ago, where I first tried some of their kale, lettuce, and garlic scapes. Since then I've experienced several of their other great offerings: sugar peas, 3 varieties of kale, onions, spring salad mix, swiss chard, broccoli flowers, and mulberries.
Last Wednesday I visited the farm and got a fabulous tour with great detail into all of their growing methods and practices, which I was very impressed with. If you're looking for local organic produce in or around Brighton, Stone Coop is definitely worth checking out. They're a CSA with a couple different options, which I can't wait to be a member of next year.
