Florida Herb House

I have never been enticed enough to submit an online review of any company but after this experience, I felt I must. I purchased several items from Florida Herb House in August 2011 ( Wheatgrass powder, chlorella powder, alfalfa powder, and their blueberry powder). Well after my package didn't arrive in a few days I sent them an email with my concerns. I had made a mistake on my address but they spent Saturday clearing up the problem and even using Mapquest to commicate with the UPS guy to get my package to my correct address that was 1 houses up the road! Florida Herb House people, you guys are the best! This review is for you! The quality of your herbs and spices is obvious so no need to mention that too much, but your customer service, well that is what keeps me coming back!
