I met Bob VanWuyckhuyse last spring (2011) when he happened to stop by my newly-opened organic health food shop, Fountain of Youth Organics in Brockport, NY. Since then he's become a good friend, providing a wealth of information about the local, organic community in western New York. His dedication to his farm, the care with which he tends to his animals, and his deep and abiding respect for the organic farming community is humbling.
