Paradise Gardens

Wow! Just had the first of some of the Paradise Farm's Preserves/Jams/Jelly line. The Pear Butter was exceptional, but the Strawberry Jam was the best I've ever had in my mouth!

So...I'm just thinking this might be a great way to "not buy something made in China", and support our local economy- plus I know my friends and family will feel spoiled when they get to taste these delectable delights!

Now I must go try the Elderberry Jam...will report more on this later! Happy Gift Giving & Don't forget the jam!
