I posted this review right after Thanksgiving and was contacted shortly afterwards by Ayrshire Farms. Very nice email communications with promises that the Meat Plant Manager would contact me and help to reach some sort of resolution for this problem. They have my email and phone number (as requested), but once I removed the negative review from this site, all communication from the farm stopped. Needless to say, I have not heard from either the Meat Plant Manager nor from the web manager again, and I feel that the problem (from my side) was not resolved.

I can report this issue has been resolved. We welcome customer comments, criticism as well as complements, because they are an opportunity to learn. We had record sales this year despite some restrictions from nature. The problem experienced by Ms Reinen was very unusual and under investigation, including our shipper and their handling. Our goal is for our Certified Organic, Certified Humane Heritage Breed Turkeys to get to our customers as fresh and in as perfect condition as possible for roasting and presenting to their families. ~Robin Arnold, Internet Sales, AyrshireFarm.com
