TC Farm

I receive the monthly subscription which always includes a variety of meats that are raised both locally and humanely. The quality has been outstanding and I've enjoyed getting a variety of meat - some are familiar, some are new for me but this allows me to experiment and taste new flavors. Jack sends out a newsletter every month with great recipe ideas and information about what is in that month's order. The subscription also includes the best tasting eggs I've ever had! The hens roam free and happy, eating bugs and plants just like they are supposed to. (We took a tour and my son was able to pick an egg fresh from the nest which really made his day.) Our True Cost Farm turkey that we had for Thanksgiving was the best I have ever had. Jack and Betsy are kind and very committed to raising happy, healthy animals that result in outstanding food for my family. I highly recommend True Cost Farm.
