Zilke Vegetable Farm

My partner and I signed up for a 1/2 share with Zilke's CSA last year and we loved it. We believe in going local for as much food as we can. This CSA had great results in a tough growing year.

We loved that we could drop by our farmers market to pick up our share - this was incredibly convenient. We loved the food - greens, beans, potatos, incredible tomatos, amazing sweet corn, popcorn and honey. I could go on and on but we felt we got a great deal on some of the very best food possible.

We also love that Tom and Vicki are very hands on with everything. We saw one of them once a week and they are more than willing to share ideas for cooking and growing.
