Berries on Bryan Station

Having been a member and volunteer for the past four seasons, I cannot recommend Berries HIGHLY enough. The owners and volunteer co-workers are great people to work with and the produce absolutely rocks.

I have never in my 50 years on this earth tasted a salad mix that compares to what I've received from Berries and I could tout the tomato selection for pages. Having been involved from pre-season to post-season I can give testament to the quality of the produce distributed - even considering factors like too much rain, not enough rain, bumper crops of late peppers or early celery and all that mother nature does or doesn't do to help the local farmer in Kentucky - my experience at the farm has been nothing BUT positive.

I'm looking forward to another terrific year of locally grown, certified organic veggies and berries. I am so thankful I stumbled across this CSA and became actively involved in it. I have nothing but praise for Berries on Bryan Station - and I personally think the best way to support a "Community Supported Agriculture" is to spend time as a volunteer too, it gives a better picture of what it takes to make up those baskets and you become part of the "community" that guarantees the first pick of the first picked :-)
