Greg Garrett's Forbidden Oysters

We started selling Greg Garrett's "Forbidden Oysters" this year. Living in Okinawa Japan and Gulf of Mexico, I have literally tasted Oysters all over the world. I love the fact that they are out of the water a few short hours before I pick them up. I eat them raw so I can taste the wonderful oyster liquor, the perfect blend of salty and sweet! They are grit free and a real treat, and available year round!. Zina's Produce just started an aquiculture "Ocean to Palate" seafood share. I was inspired to do so because of the taste of these oysters! Thanks for all of the hard work and persistence on bringing these oysters to our community!
