Finally! The York River and the Chesapeake Bay are being recognized for quality seafood beyond the cherished Blue Crab! Although the Chesapeake Blue Crab can not be beat - it is encouraging to note the return of the much needed, under recognized -oyster!- Thank you Greg Garrett for putting us back on the map for a project that not only feeds our people, but at the same time -cleans our waters!- You have lead the way and others are following! Growing and harvesting oysters is a win-win operation. And -oh by the way- they taste pretty good too!!
