I have been buying these wonderful tasting oysters from a produce stand in Williamburg, off Rt. 5, they are so fantastic. At first I was reluctant to try them raw , but now that I have I can't go back. Wow , fresh just isn't a good enough word. Completely grit free, delicately sweet with a perfect salty finish ,we will buy no other.
