Greg Garrett's Forbidden Oysters

I'm a bit biased because I love oysters but these are truly delicious. You don't have to go all the way across the bay to get great tasting salty oysters. Roasted, fried, smoked or even raw, these are among the best I've tasted. In my opinion they're the perfect size to eat on the half shell and every one I've eaten has been virtually grit free. No wonder they're forbidden.
