If you are wanting to try the grass fed beef. You are in for a great treat. The beef from Eagle Catcher is the best. I found it to be very tender and it has a wonderful flavor. I have at this point tried the sirloin steak, fajitas and the liver. My friends loved the Sirloin steak as did I. The fajitas were very tender and again had a great flavor. I love the beef because it is simply delicious and I do not have to worry about what is in it. The cattle are raised in a good clean and chemical free enviroment.
