Greg Garrett's Forbidden Oysters

As part of our 40th wedding anniversary celebration, we had brunch yesterday in the Regency Room at the Williamsburg Inn. New to oyster-tasting, I was delighted by the tenderness and clean, mildly-salty taste of these oysters -- and especially that York River oysters are served at our favorite, very special five-star restaurant. Thank you, Greg, for pressing through to provide this wonderful food, and your significant contribution to cleaning our bay!
