Brookshire Farm produces an exquisite product - grass finished, dry aged beef that has opened my eyes to just how good beef can be. All the grain-fed beef I have eaten over the years, even the prime, pales in comparison to the flavor and tenderness of the steaks, roasts and even the groud beef from Brookshire.
