I bought 2 turkeys for our family Thanksgiving this year and we were very pleased with them. The meat was delicious, tender and juicy. I did not use a cooking bag, I simply applied coconut oil to the turkey skin before roasting and put some purified water in the bottom of the pan. Once during cooking I remembered to baste the turkey, but only once and it still was wonderfully moist.
The Martigs have a very healthy product and very tasty product and they were a joy to do business with.
