Since there's only the 2 of us, we get 10 pounds a month. The variety is great, as is the quality; I am about to put a delightful small lamb leg roast in the oven for our dinner tonight.
Sometimes at the pick-up there are extra items- usually things like offal (liver, kidneys, tongues), soup bones, and sometimes fat. These are inexpensive and great! I LOVE making pie crust with lard I've rendered myself! And my husband and I are huge fans of liver; he also likes kidneys, while I'm partial to tongue. And a couple of years ago I made a beef heart stew for Valentine's Day, which was tasty and also conceptually fun!
We've visited their farm, and the animals are treated very well indeed. We always get our Thanksgiving turkey from Chestnut, and it's always wonderful (though I do wish they'd go back to raising some heirloom breeds for that...)
Very recommended!
