Knifong Family Farms

We are anxiously awaiting the start of our 3rd season of fresh produce from Knifong Farms! I first joined the CSA at Knifong Farms while my husband was deployed. With 3 kids and a business to run I had neither the time or energy to keep up our backyard garden. We enjoyed our experience so much that we have continued on with them. The baskets are filled with a variety of beautiful produce. The Knifongs are friendly, helpful, and always willing to share recipe ideas. My children and daycare kids love visiting the farm each week. Quite often the kids are treated to a fresh carrot to munch on while they play. The produce is so abundant that I am able to process quite a large amount each summer to enjoy during the winter months.
