Plato Dale Farm

I would like to take a moment to tell you how amazing the Plato Dale Farm is. They practice such wonderful ways of raising their beef and chickens as well as all organic produce. 3 years ago all of my meat and produce came from the grocery store, now I won't buy any of these from a commercial store if I can avoid it. The owner, Kent, is wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting new ideas and recipes and really cares about bringing the community back to our living.
