Holloman Produce Farm

We joined the Holloman Farm CSA last year (our first time) and could not have been more pleased with the variety, quality, and value of the produce we received! Despite a very challenging growing season with VERY little rain, Ric still provided us with a great selection of produce every two weeks. Every delivery included a great selection of lettuces and greens, along with a variety of fresh herbs, garlic, onions, etc. Depending on the season, we also enjoyed beans, tomatoes, watermelon, radishes, beets, sweet potatoes, squash, rhubarb, etc. -- as well as a few vegetables that we never tried before (like fennel, which is great sauteed with a little olive oil and garlic)!

A real bonus for us is that he has a pickup location in Hoffman Estates - very convenient if you are in the Chicago NW Suburbs like me!
