Holloman Produce Farm

We joined the Holloman Produce Farm's CSA last year for the first time. I couldn't have been happier - the produce was gorgeous and the farmer's passion for food, cooking, and organic farming is contagious.

Every two weeks I'd come away from Ric Holloman's garage with a big box of vegetables; all kinds of greens and onions and garlic, tomatoes, squash, beans, radishes, and herbs galore. The rainbow chard was so pretty, I photographed it! Each pickup comes with a sheet explaining how to store and prepare each item in the box, as well as some recipes and a preview for the next box.
